What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
No issues with digestion, fatigue or brainfog.

After receiving the 2nd dose, I slowly began to become constipated but not extreme. Once I received the 1st booster, I had my appendix out 3 months later. Within a year from that I developed diverticulitis. After going through several GIs, Long Covid Clinician and Integrative health in addition to gut biome testing it was discovered my entire digestive system is wrecked. It's been a struggle for the last few years to get it back on track. I've done multiple (expensive) treatment plans with no luck. This has impacted my digestion, sleep, anxiety, brain fog and my motivation I once had. I could never sit still prior to the vaccine.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Viome pro and prebiotics in addition to custom supplements based on their testing. Which lined up with testing ordered by Integrative Health.
Which solutions were not helpful?
Linzess or other hard medications. Seeing a GI Dr. They don't listen. I changed to a NP and she listened and didn't want to simply give me more medications.
What would you like others to know?
If your gut biome is destroyed, some things help but the entire process will go downhill very quickly if you don't address it.
