Vaccine Injury of Kate

I am a practicing Women’s Health care provider and Midwife. I had received the initial series- other than a horrible fever after the second dose- did not appear to have other adverse effects. I took a booster almost 1 year to the day.

Within 2 weeks of the booster- I had significant pain in me cervical spine/discs. I had this in the past, after sleeping weird, but would usually resolve within hours to 1-2 days. Constant nerve pain, neck and upper back that began to affect my job as I was in daily unrelenting pain, my hands were going numb- which cannot happen when I need to be attending birth.

Additionally,significant menstrual changes to my typically clockwork cycle Constant after my original series and the booster.

A steroid dose pack helped initially. I saw a chiropractor- after MRI showed significant disc herniations, I was referred to pain management. Eventually receive an transforaminal steroid injection that seemed to be helpful about 2 months after the booster injection.

Ibuprofen would provide temporary relief. I now have nightly discomfort in my neck and upper back and issues sleeping. Have tried different pillows, mattresses- to no avail.

I feel that the massive inflammatory storm that the vaccine causes contributed to worsening a problem (previously minor) that I already had. I will never take this injection again.
