What would you like others to know?
I’m Kayla Pollock, a Canadian disability advocate and founder of Operation Kayla Inc. Before becoming paralyzed in 2022, I was a service dog trainer and worked with exotic animals including parrots, monkeys, lions, servals, and bears. In 2010 I shared the stage with Cesar Millan at the Air Canada Centre speaking about service dog etiquette. After developing transverse myelitis that left me quadriplegic, I began using my voice publicly to advocate for people living with severe disabilities, vaccine injury recognition, and greater accountability in Canada’s healthcare system.
