Vaccine Injury of Kristy Frymoyer

I lived a relatively healthy life prior to the vaccine. I would get the flu every year despite being vaccinated due to my children having immune deficiencies. I get a cold here and there but other than that the only diagnosed chronic illness was asthma. I loved to travel, scrapbooking, bake and decorate cakes. I was an avid gardener and loved to hike. I could clean my house from top to bottom and continue on with my day like it was nothing.

October 25th I went to the local Giant pharmacy to have the shot. I drove 45 min to get the JJ VACCINE. I was terrified to get any of them but mandated by my job to receive it but did not want the MNRA and figured I did not fit the categories in which the side effects for this shot would affect me. Right after the injection I tasted metal immediately. I asked the pharmacist was this normal he just looked at me and told me to stay seated for 20 min. While sitting there I felt the shot in my right arm where I had it, then hit my chest like a ton of bricks, then to my left arm, to my head, my stomach and down my legs. I made my husband drive me because something inside of me through everything was telling me I was not going to be ok. I told the pharmacist how I felt he said you were anxious about getting it so it’s probably just anxiety that he was seeing that a lot. We left and the entire drive home I was uncomfortable feeling every piece of my body feel weird. My chest hurt so bad. I went to bed terrified but hoped it be just what he said anxiety. The next morning I felt achy and dizzy that I called off work and laid in bed all day. From what I read that was normal so I just slept all day. Early morning on October 27th I woke up to tingling in my one leg, then a few hours later the other leg. By morning I was in excruciating pain in my hands, legs and feet. I called my doctor that morning because I was in so much pain I felt like my feet were on fire and I couldn’t feel my legs. I was crying in pain and couldn’t get a hold of my doctor so I called an old doctor and he had prescribed me nerve pain meds until he could get me in. The next day my other doctor called and said I was most likely having an adverse reaction to the vaccine. Within 5 days of the shot I had lost feeling in my arms on and off, legs, feet, abdomen, back, and had pain everyday. For 3 months I would wake up every morning with a different part of my body numb. One day it would be my face, my back, and had to go to the ER due to losing all feeling from head to toe on my left side. I failed the neuro exam at the ER they noted an adverse effect to a viral vaccine and told me to keep my appt with neurology. Fast forward to Dec 2021 I was able to get in with the neurologist and was diagnosed with Mild Guillian Barre and Neuropathy, I could walk and move but had the weakness and limp pain, and loss of feeling. I reported the diagnosis to my work and requested workers comp paperwork which I was denied to even obtain. I requested the docs and only after the time limit to file was up they finally let me file papers where they quickly denied for not filing the papers in a timely manner saying I never notified them. I have all the emails saved that show when I told my manager from day 5. Also according to my communication with the CDC my job filed the initial VAERS report on me, which I was not aware of. They only added info to the report my first initial complaints not my diagnosis so they told me I could go in and modify the report which I did but they told me that I may not see the changes on my report but the info will be there. I also reached out to J & J because according to the CDC that is where my job filed the report with as well. When I called J and J they said no one had reached out to them so I also filed a report with them. The only follow up they did with me was asking about possible arthritis due to ongoing pain my hands and arms. Over the next few years i would see cardiology for the chest pain which was a joke he told me I got the wrong shot and should of got a Pfizer shot. I told him why you trying to kill me if J & J did this can you imagine what Pfizer would have done. Urology because I loss full control of going to the bathroom I had to reset my bladder, 2 neurologist because my original neurologist retired and they never notified me and they took my medical records and no one could find them despite signing and sending a release prior to send my records to HHS for my vaccine injury case. The lawyer I obtained after said I need a credible doctor to see another so they could testify. I went to see a 2nd neurologist who proceeded to then tell me he didn’t believe the prior diagnosis, and then did the same test as the other and had the same results just not as severe because it was already over a year. When I stated seeing him all of a sudden my insurance started denying the claims as out of network despite the provider being in network and the insurance covering prior visits. Due to all the medical bills I had coming in I had to wait until the insurance paid the large bill before I could go back. It took 7 months for the insurance to correct the claim and pay it. Mind you from October 21 to Dec 21 the insurance denied every claim for most my medical as out of network despite being in network so not only was I fighting for my health I was fighting the insurance and appealing all my bills. All I was given during this time by doctors was gas lighting and treating my symptoms but very few were willing to believe it was the vaccine. But those who did told me do not get anymore and would help me how they could. I took control of my own medical care after 3 months and decided I was going to start following the doctors that were being censored on what to do. My family doctor was allowing me to do what I needed to do. I requested PT so I could stand longer than 15 minutes, I would lay on the floor to work everyday and never missed a single day. I would sit on a stool to do my yard work because I wanted to be out and about and move as much as I could. I went for acupuncture to deal with the nerve pain. I started using vitamins not medicines to improve my health. I found React 19 and was on a call with Ron Johnson and saw I was not the only one dealing with this and started finding others like me and seeing some were recovering or getting somewhat better so it helped improve my mindset. I told myself I am not going to get to 100% again but I’m gonna get as close to it as I can. I fought for myself while still dealing with the consequences of this shot but I’m going to live. I have had 5 shoulder sugeries since my shoulders started with calcium buildup right after the shot and from there they kept breaking down and the doctor kept saying we see this in a fall, injury, accident and I had no prior issues with my shoulders. I have sciatica issues where if I slightly move a bad way I can’t walk or put any pressure on on that side of my body. I have to wear a back brace when I start having pain walking. I can’t go to a gym anymore I have a delayed muscle reaction so anything I do yard work, shoveling, cleaning my house I have pains that either keep me from doing things for several days or cause pain. It’s been non stop pain since October 26, 2021. I started having issues with dry eyes as well. So I learned to modify my daily life to try to adjust to my normal it’s not perfect but as of now it’s all I have. I am able to travel again, do daily activities to a point and do some of the things I love. Within moderation to keep my pain at bay.

I was forced to get this shot by my job. No job is worth what myself and my family have been through since 2021. They still have not covered a single medical bill or acknowledge what this shot has done to me. I was not anti vaccine until this shot. My children and myself have had every vaccine prior to Covid 19 vaccine. I would never imagined my own government or doctors that I would know for years who treated my children would do this to people.
