Vaccine Injury of Lindsay Paul

Prior to the vaccine my life was filled with adventure and excitement. I was in the process of getting married to my best friend and I am the mother of two beautiful children. My world revolved around my family and friends. We traveled around the world and enjoyed life to the fullest each and every day.

I took two of the Moderna vaccines in 3/21 & 4/21.
I had adverse immune responses almost immediately along with debilitating migraines. The migraines quickly turned into bouts of numbness and weakness down my left side and then progressed into paralysis (from my neck down), neuropathy, facet joint syndrome, essential tremors, muscle degeneration ongoing (confirmed via sural nerve, quad muscle biopsies), 10+ chronic migraines days a month, brain fog, 5 autoimmune conditions, and a plethora of other diagnosis'. These adverse injuries have left me fully disabled since the fall of 2022.

I believe there is an immediate need to continue the advocacy for victims via change in legislation and regulatory protocols. The lack of transparency has only delayed the support and resources for those of us injured, as our physicians have been placed in a compromising situation with the a real fear of retaliatory measures against their licenses if they speak out. This was self-inflicted by the very individuals we trusted. Individuals that held a position that required fiduciary duty and ethics. Unfortunately conflicts of interest, greed, and a lack of ethical business practices have restricted our access to the not only the knowledge, but also the basic conversations that need to held to allow for the change and transition to take place.

If our elected officials and federal agencies do not quickly become abreast to the realities of the current situation they created through the hinderances they set into motion; our generation along with future generations are going to be negatively impacted for many generations to come.

The foundation and pillars that were built through science based research within the medical field has now been breached by greed. A system is now broken by the individuals that were implemented to oversee the worst of situations. Our current regulatory protocol has set us up for failure and if productive change is not implemented expeditiously; requiring significant accountability of those that harmed us - our society is only going to implode by self inflicted harm.

VAERS, The CDC, NIH, FDA, and the vaccine "Big Pharma" companies do not communicate to have a true grasp or measurement of how deep, wide, or any indication of the burden they have placed on our society. Every single injured party is a PERSON (not just a medical record or number) - each PERSON is an active member of our current society; wanting a space that they are able to thrive and enjoy the precious years we have on this Earth. In the current status we are working within the negative impact "Big Pharma" has created is unmeasurable - as each individual is a mother, father, daughter, son, and a soul that is seeking to leave a productive mark on this world. Their feelings and frustrations deserve validation- they need to be heard and understood as the injuries we/they have endured wasn't something we/they initiated, created, or consented to being apart of. The wrongs surrounding these injuries - MUST be righted immediately and we will fight to continue the advocacy for not only ourselves, but those that we have lost in a process we didn't ask to be apart of. The seats at that table were earned through the countless minutes of pain and anguish since 2020.
