3/2020- shut down COVID-19 on unemployment bills were unpaid stressful at high levels. (Like every other.) 3/2021 -found a pt job/shout down continues. Governor mandated vaccinations for Covid 19 virus if in health care. 7/30/2021- 1st shot to keep job. Symptoms of COVID virus present/ ER visits are done. Tested negative released me back to work. Sick days of fever diarrhea headaches vision negative affect’s. Loss of wages begins. 9/30/2021 next batch available 2 nd shot. 10/04/2021 entire constitution fails. Physical/Mental/ Emotional damage began. No motor functioning available/ cognitive impairment and functional impairment/ trauma to response from all involved helping me on the phone/ in person or virtually. Shortness of breath/ headaches motor impairment restricted/ muscular weakness and weakness fatigue increased grasping defects. Carrying items weakness. Sensory impairment/ confusion. Medication interferences. Body upper/ bottom restricted range of movement/ motion. Delay of speech. Unstable posture sleepless nights since then til now. Debilitating pain memory loss.
