What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was outgoing, happy, and went to the doctors once in a blue moon. I had energy and motivation, my mindset was completely different than what it has been after. I was normal! I am only 21 and should not be feeling the way I feel. No doctors will listen to me or even consider something might be wrong.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I don’t have a timeline as it just progressively got worse. I didn’t immediately think it was due to the vaccine either, because I was naive and fell for the propaganda. I Can say that since getting the vaccine, the first 6 months I was getting flu like symptoms at least once a month, to the point I couldn’t leave my bed. The first time I got sick, I figured it was normal because that can happen after a vaccine. (Symptoms started after my second dose which was Oct 8th 2021)

After the first time it happened, it was consistently happening on a monthly basis. My friend thought it was crazy how much I was getting sick and I was getting really insecure about it because I felt like I was doing something wrong. I have had digestive problems since around March 2022, and have not had a normal bowel movement since. I had a colonoscopy done in February 2023, because it became so bad that it was scary, and they found NOTHING wrong. The doctor knows I have been bleeding heavily intermittently during bowel movements and have given me no cause for this. I’m supposed to think this is normal. My chest is consistently tight, and I always feel like I need to take a deep breathe in which still doesn’t work. I have shortness of breath, my heart beats irregularly but no doctor will even consider this possible because I am so young and my blood work comes back as if I am okay. I got blood work done May 2023, as I went to the emergency room. I Went to the emergency room as my left thigh was very sensitive & tingly as well as the veins have turned visually turned purple in the span of one day, and the doctor says I’m okay. I read the bloodwork she had done and found ‘abnormal’ above several categories that she failed to tell me about, as well as a prescription she ‘prescribed’ me after the visit. She did not give me anything and told me a was fine. I didn’t read these results until I got to my parents house which is 2 hours away from the hospital that did my blood work. I’ currently still at my parents and not sure whether I should go back to question these results. Since I’ve been here, June 2023 my heart feels like it’s stinging and lots of pain in the heart area and unable to breathe properly.
Overall, I have breathing problems, Chest pain, pain in my left thigh, headaches, foggy mind, fatigue, lightheadedness and more. I have damaged friendships based on how foggy my brain is as I am not myself & have not been for almost 2 years now.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

I recently started a healthy diet which really helped with my mental health mostly. My digestive issues have not changed since eating healthy.

Which solutions were not helpful?

I have not tried many but I plan on trying the hyperbaric oxygen therapy as I hear many benefits.

I tried doing aerobics because they’re fun and productive, however doing this makes my heart feel like it’s going to literally explode and makes me completely fatigue and get a headache after.

That’s not even after doing much! That’s the light workout and it feels like I did a 5k marathon.

What would you like others to know?

If you are thinking about getting the vaccine don’t! If you have gotten it and feel how I feel, you are not alone and you have people there for you going through what you are.
