What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
fine. no severe medical issues.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Nov. 5th 2021 entered dangerous heart rhythm, went to ER and was shocked. Nov. 12th 2021 was implanted with a permanent defibrillator. Diagnosed with ventricular Tachycardia. 2023 received 3 shocks throughout the year causing me to lose my job and seek disability. Waiting for a decision. Nurses and doctors have all told me through side conversations that the vaccine probably caused this.
