Vaccine Injury of Matthew

What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Physically active and in good overall health, regularly swimming laps at the gym, going on bike rides, and lifting weights

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Extremely sore arm at injection site after both vaccines that lasted about 1 week each. About one year after second vaccine, developed severe chest pains lasting about 5 to 10 minutes following exercise. Chest pain episodes repeated several times following exercise in proceeding weeks. Cardiologist ruled out a heart issue following a NM myocardial perfusion stress pest, an ultrasound echo cardiogram, and CT Angio Coronary w/ contrast and 3D; as well as sedimentation rate, CRP, CBC, metabolic panel, and lipid panel blood tests. However, chest pains continued until a severe episode occurred where I nearly passed out and found a burst blood vessel around my eye and burst capillaries all around my face the next day. My primary care doctor had no explanation and referred me to a sports medicine doctor. No definitive cause found. Additional symptoms formed, including persistent muscle twitching in legs, severe soreness in back, rib cage, obliques, quads, and calves. Muscle strained very easily and spasms continued to increase in severity over time. Any physical activity exasperated the symptoms. I sought help of a COVID long haul and vaccine injury specialty clinic and have continued to see them to this day. Used several blood test, including spike antibody and micro-clotting tests, which showed elevated spike protein-specific antibodies and a 3.5 out of 4 moderate and widespread amyloid fibrin micro blood-clots. Outside of these two blood tests, all labs I have had done have been "normal", including a d-dimer test.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Seeking care from a COVID injury specialist clinic. Hot bath with Epsom salts, minimizing physical activity, Quantum NAC (Augmentum), Ivermectin, low-dose Naltrexon, aspirin, RX anticoagulants, fasting, sun exposure, consumption of freshly cooked beets and other fresh green leafy vegetables, and getting adequate sleep.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Nicotine patch, methylene blue, memantine

What would you like others to know?

I am also taking a magnesium complex, resveratrol, nattokinase, B-complex, vitamin D, and curcumin extract, none of which can I say is helping. Although it is probable that this combination along with everything else I am taking is helping with my recovery. I have experienced a slow improvement since April of 2023 (when I started seeing my current provider and started a recovery protocol). However, it has not been a straight line improvement. I have had many weeks that were worse, including a significant flare-up this past October 2023. At this time, I believe I have an auto-immunity issue that manifests in micro-clotting and skeletal muscle damage. I am hopeful that with more time and continued treatment, I may overcome much of the symptom burden.
