Vaccine Injury of Michael R Sharp

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Moderna two (2) shots in March 2021; one (1) booster in November 2021. Diagnosed with prostate cancer in September 2021, MRI showed baseball sized. Non Malignant, advised by two (2) doctors to wait and see. Decided to just remove it. Had it removed in June 2022, it had grown to softball sized. In Summer 2023, developed extreme fatigue and dizziness. Went to doctor for tests; nothing learned. Fatigue ebbs and flows. This year, decided to get a full blood screening. Now I have possible Lupus, along with latent Mono and will be seeing a specialist. Have never contracted Mono to my knowledge.
My wife had a serious reaction to the shots, culminating with a serious illness following her booster shot in November 2021, leaving her in bed for days. She still has issues with fatigue and neuropathy, and autoimmune issues.
Our son was 16 at the time we received the shots. Following the booster, he developed A-Fib. It was corrected but I fear for him as he ages. I have it but was not diagnosed until my 30's.
