Vaccine Injury of Noelle

What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I have had fibromyalgia for 14 years. I am a nurse and was working in the hospitals during covid. I researched the vaccine and trusted that the benefits outweighed the risk.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I got Covid prior to vaccines in Sept 2020. I also got a second time Dec 2022.
I had a total of 4 vaccines; 12/2020, 1/2021, 10/2021, 10/2022. Each time I would have extreme fatigue, headaches and overall pain for a few days following.
The last vaccine I also received the flu vaccine at the same time.
About a month later I recognized daily headaches and my pain seemed to increase, I was starting to have numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. The neurological symptoms continued to increase and be constant. I originally brushed it off as a fibromyalgia flare. When it continued in to its third month and I was having muscle tremors and increased numbness at odd places I started worrying about MS. I am currently being evaluated but it does not look like MS.
I have now had a headache of some level every day for close to a year, continued numbness and tingling in my hands and feet, and pain increased.
