1/16/2022 I was told by my employer if I didn’t take the Vaccine that I would be voluntarily resigning after 24 years of pristine service. They gave me until the 1/23/2022 to receive first vaccine. I told them in email form that I was a conscientious objector to the Covid 19 Vaccine plus I had already had documented Covid 19 three times prior to being forced to take. I am the primary source of income for my family of 4. I decided to take vaccine as I had just purchased my first house in 20 years and I didn’t want my family to suffer financially.
1/19/2022 first Moderna Vaccine
1/22/2002 a nodule formed on my right elbow same arm vaccine was administered.
2/16/2022 2nd dose of Moderna Vaccine as required to maintain my job
1/22/2022-5/20/2023 experienced pain in right arm and tingling in my fingers. Extreme pain in my right knee and behind knee.
3/21/2022 I went to doctor as I couldn’t sleep due to pain in right knee. I was told after X-rays that I had degenerative arthritis.

5/20/2023 I woke up thinking I had a stroke as my right arm and hand had paralysis. I thought I had just slept on it wrong and it would come back. That week I lost movement of my right hand causing me to be unable to use it.

Referred to PT with Ulnar Nerve Palsy
You saw James Rentz, MD on Wednesday August 24, 2022. The following issue was addressed: Right radial nerve palsy.
Finally, in November after PT and having to wear a hard split for my right wrist so I could somewhat use my hand to do such things as type for work my hand started to wake back up.
To this day my right Thumb and Pink finger are numb and joint below thumb gives me constant pain.
BTW my company in November of 2022 took the COVID 19 vaccine requirement off to be able to work for them.
I feel my body has been violated and I have struggled with mental depression and anxiety after having to make the right choice for my family in 2022.
I was never given confirmation after I confirming that I had taken both rounds of vaccines the requirement they demanded for me to continue working.
BTW I was given the opportunity to deny vaccine for religious or medical reasons. I felt that both of these requests were violations of my privacy.
BTW in 0ctober of 2024 after 26 years I was given the opportunity to take a Voluntary Retirement Package of 2 weeks pay for every year which I chose to take this offer.
Please note my company had never given me the consideration after threatening my livelihood of confirming with me in 2022 after providing them with my CDC Vax Card that i was confirmed to continue to working. I copied the highest levels on this issues of HR
