Vaccine Injury Testimonial

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
Entry Date: 6/25/21
I got the J&J vaccine on May 18, started having strange issues with my legs and problems walking on May 26. On June 16 I was admitted into the hospital I was barely able to walk, my ability to balance was gone. I am currently in a rehab hospital with an anticipated release date of July 9. I have completly lost the use of my legs, today with a Walker and the PT’s I was able to take 4 steps before my legs completely gave out. I have been told I will be leaving rehab most likely in a wheelchair and it is expected that my full recovery time will be 12 months.
I was diagnosed as having Guillen-Barre Syndrome. An auto-Imine disease that attacks the nervous system
