What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I had full ROM in both shoulders and clear skin. I wasn't in pain. I wasn't easily fatigued.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Immediately after the 2nd booster, I had a metallic taste in my mouth. I mentioned to the pharmacist "am I supposed to feel like I've been licking a Coke can." It wasn't long maybe a few weeks, I developed chronic fever blisters (5 months running and had to take Valtrex for 3 months) and I was having pain in my dominant shoulder on internal rotation. It hurt to reach behind my back to put a shirt or jacket on. When I went for my annual physical, I mentioned it to my Dr. I told him I felt like it was a vaccine complication. He documented my statement, but wrote possible rotator cudd tear and wanted me to see an orthopedic surgeon. I refused. Instead I went to my acupuncture/DC and told her what I suspected. She agreed and even told me that she would never consent to a covid vaccine. After 6 months of PT. The pain went away. It took a total 18 months to regain full ROM.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Incidentally, I had 2 Pfizer doses and 1 johnson&Johnson booster. Mandated by my employer. I couldn't get a Dr. To write a medical exemption since I do have an autoimmune disease. I took 3 shots and had covid flu 3 times. The only thing that helped the side effect of the vaccines and the flu was high dose vitamin D, black seed oil, timed release vitamin C, elderberry immune support, detox and immune support hot teas, inhaling pink Himalayan salt steam and Vicks vaporub. Plus exercise and physical therapy/acupuncture.

Which solutions were not helpful?

The vaccines were a scam. I got the flu after each shot. Each vaccine caused an acute fibromyalgia flare up.

What would you like others to know?

Don't let anyone force you to take the vaccines or the antiviral covid pills.
