What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

in 2021 fairly active for 74. I wanted to mow my backyard which was a 25 minute job at least once a week. Had Hip arthritus and left hip replaced in 2018 and recovered very quickly. Live on corner lot and trimmed my bushes and weeded around the house fence and garage. Perenials around everything. Active at church 2 or 3 times a week.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Symptoms are symilar to Dr Joel. first time I have heard of back trouble though I blamed the Jab immediately. After the Jab, aching back and weakness in the legs. No longer did my own mowing and got some help with the rest of the yard. Saw an Ortho Surgeon for backs in early fall and he said I had “”fllat back”” and he sent me for Phys therapy. I had exercizes that twisted my body left and right as well as back from standing positions. By early spring 2022 got sciatica. Went to pain doctor who said I had a bulged disk at L5-C1. Got the shot. He was on a nerve on one side all the way through the procedure. But sciatica went away after 2 or 3 weeks. Legs were left even weaker. Slowly over this year getting stronger, but get stiff very quickly after sitting or laying down.

Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms

Light execise, little twisting. Walking around without use of cane or walker, using stairs. Vitamins and minerals Generic Centrum silver Vit D, zinc, selenium, NAC, CoQ10, Apple Cider Vinegar, TMG, Quercitin, Tumeric.

Which solutions were not helpful?

Activity is probably best. Muscles get sore with little exercise, so i haven’t put together a steady routine to gain back what I lost.

What would you like others to know?

I am relieved to know that someone else had back issues and that my problem didn’t come on me without cause.
