Vaccine Injury of Tobyn Theiss

What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Life before the vaccine was normal. Middle aged married man; 2 teen girls; worked as a crane operator. I enjoyed working working out going to outdoor and indoor events. Spring Summer Fall jeep rides. I also loved to cook eat and enjoy life.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

7/21 Forced to get J&J to get a knee replacement
11/21 exposed and contracted it 3 times between Nov 21 and Jan 22
11/21 began to notice a rash on the back of my neck and kept through 8/22 when I began the rash on my chest arms back legs. 11/22 began to notice I was loosing hair on the lower half of my body.
Thanksgiving 22 I weighed 225 pounds.
Jan 2 23 I woke up feeling bad and decided to go to the doctor. At the Dr's office I weighed 186. Covid again
Jan 10 went to the hospital for what I thought was post covid. Hospital. Dr found baseball size tumor in my chest.
Jan 23 meet with oncologist and surgeon, saying possibly lymphoma. Surgery set for second week of Feb.
Feb. Surgery canceled due to spreading rash.....time for second opinion.
UNC Cancer hospital possibly cancer but unsure. Surgery set for 3/17. Tumor removal will cause symptoms to go away.
3/17 tumor removed phrenic nerve damaged during surgery.
3/2023-8/23 now have paralyzed diaphragm symptoms do nothing but get worse. Began loosing energy and have trouble having the ability to work. Also begin to notice new symptoms of hands tremoring. Wife gets me in with oncologist at the Cleveland Clinic.
8/11/23 meet with oncologist she ordered a pet scan and schedules me with Pulmanology for 10/2023. PET scan comes back clear. She wants me with rheumatology but I need the lung fixed first.
10/23 meet with Pulmanology and after a battery of test determine I now have lung disease and copd. Referred to Case Western University for possibly diaphragm Pacemaker.
January 2024 Pacemaker installed and absolutely a successful surgery.
3/2024 met with Pulmanology and breathing is improving. First Dr to say my problems lie from covid and the covid vaccine. Referred to rheumatologist that has only dealt with the negative affects of the covid vaccine and covid.
3/24-8/24 tremors spread to legs and head. Also find that I am allergic to almost every type of food detergents latex
8/24 Meet with rheumatology she tells me she is seeing more and more out of patients that have taken the vaccine and or who have had covid. She went ahead and checked me for an autoimmune disease which came up negative. Referred me to Neurologist for tremors and allergist for all the new allergies.
10/24 Neurologist says he is seeing people with essential tremors made worse like parkinsons from people that have had the vaccine. Prescribed medications for tremors but can't take due to the side effects so now looking at other options.
Allergist said he is seeing people allergic to almost everything from vaccine. 4 zyrtec a day and try reintroducing things. Unsuccessful so far still dealing with anaphylaxis.
11/29/24 meetwith case about the success of pacemaker. Also testing for Pulmanology cause of thoughts lung disease and copd may have worsened.
Have got to make follow up visits with Pulmanology Neurology and Allergist about possible further treatments.
