What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
My life was very normal. I worked out a lot. Walked with my family daily. Was active with my daughters sports. I am a special Ed teacher and was able to change diapers put kids in wheelchairs and other mobility devices. I had a very active and fulfilled life.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
About 3-4 weeks after my vaccination, I noticed my muscles in my legs tensing up and My knees felt stiff. I also noticed my balance was off. Over the next 2 years my balance has become terrible to the point I am considering a wheelchair. I fall all the time, some of those requiring emergency room visits. I have an altered gait, drop foot and muscle weakness in my legs. Recently my left hand has started to move a little slower. I also have an eye twitch occasionally that affects my optic nerve. I have had numerous scans, bloodwork, and various test and nothing shows on any of my test. I have been diagnosed with hereditary spastic paraplegia and Parkinson’s both of which test came back negative. My internist believes it is a vaccine injury.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Intermittent fasting, carnivore diet, exercise, and Tizanadine for spasticity.

What would you like others to know?
This is real! There are side effects that can’t be ignored and I am not crazy! People look at me like I’ve lost my kind when I tell them I think I have a vaccine injury!
