Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

"8/2/21

On 2/25/21 I received my 1st (and only) Moderna vax. A day or 2 later I had rashes similar to shingles (I had shingles a few years ago), my legs, ankles and feet, even the bottoms of my feet swelled a lot. One sore in particular was halfway up my calf, it was large. Over the last 5 plus months it has morphed. It grew, then turned bright white, finally after months a scab grew, when it fell off the inside of the sore turned black. Now it's pink but still there! The rest of the rash mostly disappeared after a few months but once in a while a small one will surface on both legs. I gently wash them but I never touch them. The swelling never subsides except for over night using 3 pillows to prop up my feet. In the morning the swelling is gone but comes back fairly quickly. I am fatigued most of the time.
