What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Normal middle-aged overweight man.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

The day after the 1st shot I had bad symptoms such headaches, fever (that came in went in short bursts – like 10 min and then gone), body aches and extreme fatigue – for 2 days I could barely move out of bed. The fever and aches went away within one day, but the fatigue lasted 2 days, and then it was gone. The second shot was Aug 27th, 2021, and again I had body fatigue, no fever this time, but the injection site was swollen, right after the shot. The next day my whole upper shoulder swelled up and turned red – like a farmers tan from the middle arm up to shoulder. Within a couple months, I would have severe headaches, fatigue, and there were days when I just couldn’t move without extreme effort. It was like my arms and legs had weights on them. I would get exhausted so easy and need to lay down. I had a super sensitivity to light. I had really bad brain fog and couldn’t focus on anything much longer than 1-2 min. I’m not sure when the tremors started, but I have muscles spasms on random muscles, sometimes I have electrical shocks that last a millisecond, but its in random spots and come and go, but happen every couple days. Often, my muscles will just seize up and like the Achilles heel. Any muscles that stay at rest to long tense up and cause pain.
