What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
Worked 45 hours per week Exercised 30 mins per Day - boxing, pushups, running

Few days after first dose, had headaches and lack of sleep
Couple weeks after second dose, had tight chest, lack of sleep, and can no longer exercise as become tired and have feeling like I will have heart attack or faint (most pain on right side of chest) so technically away from heart
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Paracetamol helps with headaches and lack of sleep, have not found remedy for tight chest

Doctors telling me it's probably the aircon at work and certainly not the vaccine
What would you like others to know?
Don't listen to your docs that it's coincidence. People are dying in the street. Don't use the heart beat targets on treadmills anymore, reduce to absolute minimum until remedy is discovered
