What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
I am writing this for my father who died after getting the vaccine. My family all survived covid my mom almost died from it. 6 months later the rollout for the vaccines came out my dad got the first shot of moderna and died roughly 14 days after. My fathers name is Robert Damico I am his son Craig.
Describe your symptoms and the timeline of your reaction
His symptoms were the day he got the shot he told me he didn’t feel well. My mom ha d a high fever. Second day he started getting confused my mom and I got worried but he seemed to feel better or so he said. Third day he didn’t know the day of the week it was or month. We called an ambulance they picked him up rush him to icu and within a day in the hospital slipped into a coma they said a vein or blood clot in his brain. They told us if he survived he would be brain dead then died of acute cerebral hemmhorage roughly 14 -15 days later

I posted this or messaged to senators , moderna , vaers and cicp. I would like answers my dad was in poor health he was 79 but he was alive. He had covid he had the antibodies with his underlying health he should have been screened
