Covid Vaccine Survival Guide

Covid Vaccine Adverse Reaction Survival Guide by Caroline Pover

About the Guide:

An adverse reaction to a Covid vaccination can be a deeply distressing experience. It will leave you mystified as you attempt to deal with a bewildering range of physical, cognitive, and psychological symptoms that few seem able to explain, diagnose, treat, or even acknowledge.

The Covid Vaccine Adverse Reaction Survival Guide takes you through the experience in a way that will help you feel more in control of your life again. This book addresses key areas of recovery and will guide you through measures you can take to maximize your own healing potential. It clearly explains the different nutrition plans that you may have heard about, and includes ways of keeping track of symptoms so that you can tackle them without feeling overwhelmed. It outlines the practitioners who may be able to assist you in your efforts to recover, and even includes ways of coping with life in a society that seems to not recognize that you exist.

Chapters:

Chapter 1:  Sleep We need sleep in order to heal, so make it a priority.  Prepare to go to sleep and allow yourself to sleep as long as you need to.  Take naps during the day; and congratulate yourself on getting a lot of sleep!   Chapter 2:  Food How important will diet be to your recovery?  The answer is different for everyone.  But it is important to identify and eliminate foods that make you feel worse, while adding foods that will boost your immune system.  A healthy gut will maximize the benefits of any food plan.   Chapter 3:  Symptoms Create a visual representation of your symptoms to help you track them.  Noting changes can help you learn about your health.  But be careful:  focusing excessively may distract from healing.   Chapter 4:  Stress Stress has become a dismissive explanation for many health issues.  Our bodies have a strong, physical response to stress; we can learn techniques to control that physical response, which can help us live without fear.   Chapter 5:  Consultants We go to consultants for information—it is up to us what we do with that information.  Many consultants are limited in what they can offer; be prepared to hear that it is “all in your head.”  The good news is that our healing is not diagnosis-dependent!   Chapter 6:  Connections Vaccine injuries will affect many of our relationships:  some people will be supportive; others will not even want to hear about it; some may even take advantage of our vulnerability.  We need to be able to identify both helpful and harmful connections.  Fortunately, we can create our own safe space in the world moving forward.
