What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was a really sporty person, I went to the football training at my local club 4 times a week and hit the gym 1-2 times if a had time. In the Summer I always enjoyed swimming at the sea. No prior health issues.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

The symptoms started when i woke up one day in January 2022. My knees hurt and my shoulders felt extreme heavy. The feeling I would describe, when like a infection like the flu or something kicks in and then you experience joint pain. Over the course of a few weeks I noticed that my joints all over the body started to hurt(meaning my hips, foot ankles, knees, lower back si joints) also some parts of my ribs hurt. The joints also crack a lot and very loud(not the normal cracking you experience in your fingers sometimes) The pain is sometimes better and sometimes worse. Some parts of my body are very sensitive now meaning when I touch them I am in pain. There is defenitely some inflammation going on, because the pain is also triggered by warm or cold temperature. When I stayed outside the house for 1-2 hours during cold temperature my joints felt like they were burning afterwards. The joint pain persisted for 6 months and it didn't get better at all.
