What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
I was active, had energy, was able to interact with my kids, eat whatever I wanted.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
After the covid shot: vomiting within 15 minutes of vaccine, chills for a period of time, headache and nausea for two days. 6 months down the road I started to lose energy, my thyroid has been hurting more, my bowls have been messed up, my vitamin d was at an all time low and i have a ferritin of 6 which requires iron infusions now.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Iron infusion has been helping. Seeing a GI specialist soon. Changing my diet to vegetarian has helped.
What would you like others to know?
I have an autoimmune disease and it's gotten worse after the vaccine. I will not get another booster. It makes me so sick and these effects are not worth it.
