What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
Got my first Modera booster on 13th. Covid positive on 15th. vent 21 thru 24, released 26th. Dec.29. Pneumonia/emergency kidneystone surgery. Release jan 3. Jan 14 copd exasperation release 16th. Jan 21 covid.....monoclonal antibodies, this was my worst time to date, but surprise April 21....can you gueas??? Covid. More antibodies, my heartrate was a never under 160 and even just rolling over it would spike to over 200. Now I am dealing with a collapse ling, I've lost 30 lbs. in 3 weeks. 5 yesterday. My dr. Is afraid I am going to die if we can't get everything going on worked on quickly.

Diarrhea, nervousness, anxiety like never before. Unable to walk or care for myself and I live alone.
Describe the solutions that helped your symptoms
Haven't been able to find anything that helps much. I know have thrush in my esophagus.
