Within 10 days, dizziness, tachycardia, nausea and gi trouble, tinnitus, headaches, pins and needles in arms and legs, exercise and heat intolerance , intractable insomnia

Nothing really helps. Propanolol to control tachycardia, melatonin not very helpful for sleep, vic c and zinc and d3. Feeling ill every day of my life.
