What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Lived outside, rode bike, trampoline, jet ski, speech, class plays, A Honors ,advanced math and science, planning on becoming a veterinarian.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Sept.2,2021 received first Pfizer vaccination. Menstrual cycle stopped within hours. Body aches, headaches , dizziness started within days. Heart rate goes to 145 to 160 non. Gradually symptom severity increased.

Sept.23,2021 awoke with symptoms comparable to cerebral palsy. Seizures lasting for hours. Extreme pain throughout body. Brain fog increased to the point I had to withdraw from school.

Now need to use wheelchair, unable to be active for more than 10-20 minutes. Skin sensitivities, Dysautonomia. Loose ability to speak, see, hear, ringing in the ears.

Physicians have told me it’s psychological.

Prescribed Ativan & Ibuprofen.

Assessed as 86% disabled

Hormone levels of a menopausal - put onto natural hormone replacement within the last 2 weeks
