Before the vaccine, I was kickboxing, doing Zumba, obstacle courses, very active. The 2nd shot did me in. I got severe pain in neck and back. Four days after I ended up in ER, was blown off, ended up in another ER following week. This went on for a couple months, it was so severe I was in tears getting out of bed. I went to Boston ER finally, and had to have a Cervical Laminoplasty in May, still recouping. The only thing different was that shot!! I will never get another vaccine (flu, zoster) ever!!
