Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Long story to tell here, but here is my summary. I received the JJ vaccine in early April 2021 and, after the initial bad headache the night of the vaccine, I thought everything had passed. The 3rd day though after waking up and having a cup of coffee, I had immediate anxiety and heart palpations. This was unlike anything I have ever experienced. I felt fine otherwise and, being a very athletic person, worked out that evening. I noticed the anxiety returned after my workout and was not sure what was going on. Over the next couple days, I had marked change in my GI system (developed tremendous gas) and started to have systemic myalgias and a chest heaviness / dull pain set in. I developed severe histamine responses to food (face heaviness, numbness and dryness of my right eye), extreme fatigue and inability to focus on work, etc. After every meal I would get very drowsy and severe histamine reactions. I tested myself with PCR and rapid tests multiple times without any positive results. Ultimately, I went to the ER 10 days later for what these very concerning reactions, where nothing was found in the D-dimer, chest xray, head CT, EKG, or related bloodwork. After 2.5 weeks, I developed tinnitus and insomnia, which I still have and has not resolved. Over the next couple months, I visited with multiple doctors from multiple specialties and had many tests performed (PFT, MRI, Echo, immune panels, etc.) with nothing really of note. Only recently I had the Incell DX cytokine test performed, which showed I had elevated pro-inflammatory cytokines (CCL4, CCL5, sCD40L and IL4), seemingly indicating an vascular/endothelial dysfunction issue. I am at 4 months now since the vaccine and looking to start a recommended treatment protocol to help bring down these cytokines. I do not know if this will work, but I certainly hope it does. We need to get the story out that vaccine reactions are not limited to anaphylaxis, but are chronic and very systemic in certain people. Testing and treatment needs to be made available to help us, as this is a financial money pit to chase the root cause. I have spent a lot of time and money ($5k plus already on doctors, tests and supplements) on trying to figure out what is going on with my body and possible treatments. My work has suffered and my quality of life is greatly diminished. I went from being a very athletic active person at peak fitness, to being able to barely go on walks a few times a week. Please help the vaccine long haulers!
