Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I was a super fit 34yr old cyclist & ex professional athlete.
In April, I had 1st shot of Pfizer as I was keen to get the vaccine so we could start getting the world back to normal.
Within 15mins I had a panick attack, though I didn’t know what that was, as I had never had one before. All I knew was that it felt like I was about to die. I had extreme panic feeling, chest pain, my hands & feet got clammy and my nose got really cold. After 30mins it dissipated.
Immediately I was unable to train. I went from cycling 150miles per week to zero overnight. Every time I got my heart rate above 130bpm I would feel like I was going to pass out, then shortly afterwards I would get the chest pain, dizziness started, nausea, headaches, panic feelings all over again.
I haven’t been able to live my life since the moment that shot went in my arm. I am not in denial, it is a fact. I know my body. I’ve always been very fit but had some really nasty viruses in the past including:
2007 - Skin Cancer, 2008 - Meningitis & Shingles, 2009 - Glandular Fever & Epstein Bar, 2011 - Pneumonia & 2013 - Septicaemia. So it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. Since 2013 I haven’t so much as had a cold. There is no history in my family of disease or any known weaknesses at all.
Now, 5 months on, I am still unable to exercise at all without bringing on all the same symptoms. I have also had bad abdominal pains.
I’ve spent $10k on medical bills and haven’t had any answers, I’ve been passed around the ‘specialist’ like a dirty diaper, from Urgent Care, to GP, to Cardiologists to Gastroenterologists etc all to no avail whatsoever. They happily take my money without so much as a follow up. It’s been awful. I’ve been told I’m depressed and anxious and that the vaccine isn’t the cause…
Some other random side effects include: Becoming immediately violently allergic to gluten, eggs and chicken. All of which I have eaten my whole life without problems.
I am scared to eat some days incase I have a bad reaction, so my diet is now basic salads, nuts, vegetables and fruit with some rice. I also take a Vitamin supplement (Alive daily for men). It seems like any toxins whatsoever my body finds hard to flush them out now. If I have a bottle of cider, or a glass of wine, I am immediately quite unwell. So I only drink water now.
I have become more anxious due to the unknown, and the lack of exercise. I have always loved exercise for the way it makes my days brighter and without it my days are harder from the get go. I just want my life back.
Thank you for all sharing your stories. I’m so fed up with everyone around me telling me I’m a hypochondriac and that there is nothing wrong with me.
