Vaccine Injury of Alexa Foutch

What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

I was a healthy, active 20-year-old going to Physical Therapy school, working as a rehab tech, playing volleyball in my free time, and living on my own. I loved life and was so excited for my future.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

June 28th 2021 my whole life changed. I had a upper resp virus and had to go to the hospital. I was very sick. I exhausted all forms of oxygen support and had to be placed in a medically induced coma and intubated. I then went septic. Since that date, I have had to be intubated 19 times, and now have a tracheostomy and a feeding tube. I have been diagnosed with POTS, chronic respiratory failure, chronic lung disease, Long QT syndrome. My mobility is very impaired and I am left very weak. I have since been diagnosed with medical trauma PTSD due to everything as well.
