What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?
No prior medical history, reasonably active, little bit overweight.
Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.
I went to Boston Medical Center April 3, 2021, grateful to have an appointment. Two weeks and three trips to the ER later, I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome, confrimed by Beth Isreal, the CDC, and the FDA. Indeed in July the FDA attached a warning to the J&J shot, though too late for me. Three+ years later, I am still struggling with the effects of GBS -- hands and feet are numb, cold, and tingly; loss of balance, constant fatigue.

What would you like others to know?
Anyone who got GBS triggered by the J&J shot should come forward. It's a pattern.
