What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Healthcare worker with Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management. 20+ years in healthcare field, last position 16 years as Supervisor of Revenue Management Department

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

Mandated vaccine at FMOLHS by deadline of 11/30/21. On 12/1/2021, after my second vaccine on 11/30/2021, my mother found me in bed with altered mental status, cognitive dysfunction, memory loss. Terminated by employer, due to “unable to medically return to work” in July 2022. Now living with my mother. I am a single mother of triplet sons I am no longer able to care for full time. Unable to provide CICP with documentation due to lack of physician education on effects of vaccine. Dropped by specialists including Rheumatologist for active Lupus, Endocrinologist for Parathyroid dysfunction, Psychiatrist for PTSD, and Neurologist. Unable to provide needed documentation to VAERS by “deadline”. Currently being seen by Leading Edge clinic for vaccine injury including Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and micro clotting undergoing triple Anticoagulation therapy. Still do not have local specialists until 2024 for Lupus diagnosed in September 2021.
