I was a healthy 240lb muscular man, who was very physically active.

Almost immediately (hours) my eyesight became immediately worse.

Now I have STAGE IV Squamous Cell Carcinoma of unknown primary. Not one treatment (chemotherapy, chemo/radiation and immunotherapy slowed the growth and metastasis of this cancer. I am now in hospice and will likely die in a few months.

Within 1 month I had continuous constipation
I had a colonoscopy done to diagnose, a polyp was removed.

The constipation returned with significant pain in September 2021. I was diagnosed after prescription laxatives failed to work. In February 2022 I was given colostomy, Supra pubic catheter and a tube in my kidney as my cancer was collapsing my kidney, bladder and rectum.

I received my diagnosis and did 8 rounds (4 months) of two separate types of chemotherapy only to be told the cancer grew through treatment. I then did 2 months of daily chemotherapy and radiotherapy. After 2 months I was informed the cancer had metastasized into my kidney, bladder, pelvic bone and my lymph nodes. I was given the option of opdivo which is an immunotherapy drug. I was told there was a less than 10% chance that it would make the cancer shrink or stop growing. I did 3 months of the immunotherapy. I got sicker everyday from the drug. In early May 2023 my oncologist recommended discontinuing the immunotherapy and into hospice care. This cancer is one of the most painful cancers because of the multiple highly sensitive nerves in the pelvis. I am in uncontrollable pain 24 hours a day. I have lost over 100 lbs in a year, my quality of life is gone.
