Vaccine Injury of Trevor Ireland

What was your life like before you received the COVID-19 vaccine?

Life was very good! I could work, play golf and do household chores.

Describe the symptoms and the timeline of the reaction.

I tested positive for Covid on August 9th, 2021. I had a terrible case of bilateral Covid pneumonia, it almost killed me. By the end of September my left lung was clear. My right lung was show a small amount of fibrosis, but I was doing pretty good. My employer forced me to get the vaccine in April of 2022. In October of 2022 I was having difficulty breathing. In November of 2022 my PCP did a chest xray and both lungs were filled with fibrosis. I was referred to a Pulmonologist. He tried a couple of treatments to no avail. In May of 2023 I had a Vats procedure on my lung. The diagnosis was usual Interstitial Pneumonitis. In July of 2023 I was sent to Vanderbilt Hospital to be put on the Lung transplant list. In August of 2023 I was put on oxygen. I have not been able to work since that time and my health is declining. I would also like to add I have never smoked, worked around chemicals or have a family history if this.
